Using our app, you can search our network of clinical professionals based on their location, services, price, availability and much more. All of our professionals have been thoroughly vetted and hold industry-level qualifications.
Support Groups
If there is anything to keep in mind when grieving, it’s that you are not alone. Speaking to others who are in a similar position to you can make all the difference. We have many Tribes across the country offering weekly mental health groups for men, helping you build your support network.

If you’re struggling to stick to routines, then it’s time to hold yourself accountable. Our habit tracker is customised to you, whether you need reminders to drink water, exercise or attend Tribe meetings. This can also be used as a sober tracker if you are struggling with addiction.
